The Absolutehype community has been going strong for just over five years now, it’s had over a million views and has used over 150 gigabytes of bandwidth. Users have come from every corner of the earth to view tutorials produced by the community or to discuss various computer graphics related topics on its forum.
Ever since its initial release Absolutehype has been a completely non profit hobby of the AH Studios team, unfortunately though we have never had the time to maintain the site… Until now!
Our team having been working hard on a fresh new design, today we are pleased to make an official announcement about its release!
Absolutehype version 4 however is a lot more than just a new design, its a complete overhaul. The entire website has been re-engineered from the ground up! We have added a huge amount of new functionality to the site and worked hard on simplifying all existing functionality to make the site and much more enjoyable experience. One of the most interesting features that we are pleased to announce is our integration with Vimeo! Members of the community will have the ability to upload high definition tutorials that will be served directly from Vimeo ensuring blisteringly fast streaming. All tutorials on the site will as normal be completely free to view.
